Electrical Troubleshooting (ETSX)

This Electrical Troubleshooting course offers trainees the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a workshop lab environment, with 75% of the course dedicated to troubleshooting Real World simulators. This comprehensive course is specifically designed to equip maintenance technicians with the skills needed to excel in the field of electrical technology. Students will receive training using the latest equipment, including digital VOM AC motors, motor control circuits, and Real World motor control circuits.

Mechanical Technology Hand Skills (MHSX)

This comprehensive Mechanical Hand Tools Training Course is designed to equip trainees with in-depth knowledge and practical experience to safely and efficiently use hand tools while providing a “Hands On” approach with 80% spent in the workshop. During the first week, the course covers risk assessment, practical applications, and safe usage of hand tools. The second week offers an advanced hands-on experience, where trainees can apply their newly acquired skills to shop-focused projects. Trainees will have a solid understanding of hand tool usage, risk mitigation techniques, and the ability to apply these skills to real-world scenarios.

Hydraulic Systems (HYD)

The Hydraulic Systems course is designed for those who require hands-on skill exposure in their manufacturing work environment. Trainees will have the opportunity to use our state-of-the-art simulators to build circuits and analyze systems. The course covers common circuits found in Hydraulic Systems and teaches drawing standards to ensure that trainees are well-equipped to tackle real-world challenges.

Allen Bradley Control Logix (CTRLGX)

The trainee will receive training that provides him/her the technical knowledge and hands-on skills needed to understand the ControlLogix hardware and the programming and documentation software (RSLogix 5000). An introduction to programming standards is included along with lab exercises on classroom simulators. Trainees will also receive “Hands On” troubleshooting with machine simulators.

Intro to Maintenance (ITMX)

This course is designed for production operators who are looking to expand their skill set into the field of maintenance. It provides a foundational understanding of maintenance practices, focusing on essential concepts in electrical, mechanical, and power fluid systems, along with critical safety protocols. This course is ideal for production operators who are interested in transitioning into maintenance roles, as well as those looking to enhance their understanding of maintenance practices to improve their current job performance.

Pneumatics Systems (PNEU)

Our Introduction to Pneumatic Components and Circuits Course is designed to provide a solid foundation in the fundamentals of pneumatic systems. Trainees will learn about the various components of pneumatic circuits, how to control them, and the standards used for drawing them. The course includes hands-on experience using simulators to build circuits and analyze systems. This course is ideal for individuals seeking practical, hands-on experience in the field of pneumatics.
